I am a queer and neurodivergent counselor practicing outside of the medical model. Together we create a container where your experiences and inner wisdom are centered. Leading with self-compassion and empowerment I help expand your toolkit for navigating life. I am here to help you sparkle in all your seasons. 

My background:

Psychology BA, Education and Counseling MA.

Psychosis integration and medical trauma/Mad Pride solidarity. Relationship based healing, expressive arts, self-discovery, mindfulness, grounding into the body, and earth-based energy work.

  • My role as a facilitator is to join alongside you in the experiences and insights of your life. Together we intentionally make space for you, the emotions you carry, and your wisdom. As the dynamic of the sessions evolves, so do the methods used. The tools shared accompany your reality. Emphasizing creativity, the body's intelligence, and the integration of time. 

  • The counseling container offers a place for transformation, discovery, healing and change. This relationship is here for the cycles of life where dedicated self-focus is needed. You might be interested in working together if you are experiencing big, challenging shifts in your life (relational or otherwise), want to explore aspects of identity (queer, neurodivergence, etc.), and are seeking Mad Pride solidarity.
